I will be posting some pictures soon. I'm sorry for not being better about that.
One of my favorite things about living on this ship is that I'm surrounded by people from multiple nationalities. Germany, France, England, Switzerland, South Africa, The Netherlands, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Nigeria, Togo...the list goes on and on. I foresee a trip around the globe in my future. :)
Here's a self-administered interview:
What's the best part of the Ship? The people I've met.
What's your least favorite time of the day? The moment my alarm goes off.
What's your favorite time of day? 5pm until I go to bed! I get to hang out and chat with people.
Most recent addiction? Coffee with soy milk.
Newly developed skill? Folding towels, toilet paper, napkins, and paper boats.
Favorite meal? Lamb, and stir fry.
What's one thing here that's totally different than in America? The driving. It's crazy! No lights, signs, speed limits, rules... Just lots of people and cars. It's really exciting. :)
Any goals? Be speaking French by the end of February.
What book are you reading? Mutiny On The Bounty.
What do you miss from home? Church, the cold weather, real scrambled eggs, and all the familiar faces.
Have you met anyone from NC? Yes! There are at least seven of us, five of which are from Asheville.
If you think of any questions please ask! Comments are welcome.
